I had the chance to follow the conversation between the guests before the wedding, which made me think a little. In order to respect the guests privacy I made their profiles and posts anonymous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were the two doors really married?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the two doors entered the church, and the ceremony started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was lucky enough to capture the decisive moment, when the two doors hold each others hand and were married. But – am I sure it really happened?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sure they were married! Just have a look at the door knobs, they are unified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am still not sure – what if my perspective – my angle of view simply eliminated the distance between the two doors, i.e. the 3rd dimension? What if the wedding had never taken place due to the physical distance between the two doors? The poor doors had always been alone and would always be – they would be lonely forever! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was thinking about the 3rd dimension and about space and time – wasn’t it the same with the constellations of the universe? Do we simply perceive the constellations as 2D geometrical patterns – whereas in reality the stars are millions of light years apart – in all 3 dimensions? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless people tend to reduce the constellations from 3D to 2D patterns – eliminating the 3rd dimension eliminates depth and complexity. Regarding the huge distances between the constellations and Earth this simplification seems to be well appropriate, doesn’t it? Sometimes it’s better to simplify! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I decided to do the same with the two doors – that would also give them the chance to have been married and give the guests the good feeling of having been there – what a wonderful idea!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simplification is always good. Regarding the fact that my camera captured the two doors perfectly unified it seems to be a legitimate approach, if not even the bulletproof truth that there is no 3rd dimension at all – so the Earth must be flat, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this argumentation, the two doors really got married. Period. Let us believe in the things we want to.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right now I feel like the sunlight falling through the top window (s. the image above), strongly wanting to go back to the blue world outside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To answer my initial question – ‘is there any love in 3D?’<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes I feel tired about our beautiful shallow world; it seems at least 10’000 miles wide and only 1 inch deep. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lack of depth is synonymous with lack of substance.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

True love is always fully 3D. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2D is just a manipulated projection of the real 3D world. I seriously doubt the two doors were married – but they are connected by my love to both of them – this connection could be some kind of 3D, couldn’t it?

So please let us<\/p>\n\n\n\n
