I wanted to simplify my camera gear and go minimal, that’s why I was looking for a minimal bag for my Fujifilm X100F with mounted Haoge LH-X49B 2in1 lens hood. Would the thinkTANK Mirrorless Mover® 5 fit?
I was struggling with my decision, what bag I should go for? I asked on Amazon and in the Fujifilm X100 Line Cameras User Group – 1000 thanks to everybody who helped me to find my bag! I finally decided to go for the thinkTANK Mirrorless Mover® 5 – but because of few quite divergent opinions I was not all sure.
So I decided to check it out myself and post some images of the thinkTANK-X100F-Haoge Lens Hood combo – for those who are interested.
I use my camera everyday, and my requirements are simple:
My camera is carried on my waist belt, in my Timbuk2 classic messenger bag, in my Fjällräven Kånken No. 2 backpack.
In order to give some environmental protection, the bag should
– be water- and weather protected; there should be a rain cover,
– have a seamless zipper for better dust protection,
– be padded for slight to moderate shock absorption.
What gear should fit? Of course my Fujifilm X100F! I want to leave the Haoge LH-X49B 2in1 lens hood and the B+W 49 MRC nano clear XS-PRO filter permanently mounted; furthermore there should be additional room for one ore two spare batteries and an another memory card.
Here are a few images of the Fujifilm X100F in the thinkTANK Mirrorless Mover® 5 Haoge LH-X49B 2in1 lens hood combo.
All images were made using my OLYMPUS PEN E-PL7 with Panasonic LUMIX G 20 mm F1.7 II ASPH.

It fits perfectly.
Fujifilm X100F with Haoge LH-X49B 2in1 lens hood mounted and B+W MRC nano clear XS-PRO filter. The original Fujifilm X100F lens cover can be mounted. It fits perfectly in the thinkTANK Mirrorless Mover® 5.
There is just a very slim fit for the additional battery in the top cover of the thinkTANK Mirrorless Mover® 5 bag. I will stuff my spare batteries in the front pocket, together with the rain cover, there should be room enough for both.
